This brand new 4 Bedroom home is ideally positioned overlooking Hamilton Island Marina. This central location gives easy access to the restaurants and shops on the marina side, as well as the resort side with Catseye Beach, the pools, more restaurants and all the other island facilities.
The house is perfect for wedding groups and family holidays, with private facilities for each bedroom and plenty of living areas to either mingle together or just find your own space.
The facilities.
The home is fitted with luxurious furniture and appliances. Of course there are super comfortable leather lounges in the lounge room and theatre room. Kleenmaid, Armana and La Germania appliances in the kitchen ensure that meal preparation is a delight. There are two large fridge/freezers, as well as a bar fridge so you can stock up with provisions for the whole group and still have room to keep the drinks cool.
Bring your favourite CD/DVD (or use ours) and enjoy the two individual Harman-Kardon home theatre systems with Dynaudio speakers, one in the lounge with a 42" plasma screen for the kids and one in the rumpus with a 2.4 metre projector screen for the big kids. Exterior speakers extend the music onto the balcony if desired.
Three of the bedrooms are on level 1 and the other is on level 3. Each bedroom opens onto a shared balcony and has a queen bed and it's own bathroom. Ceiling fans and individual air-conditioning units keep the rooms perfectly comfortable. There is a spa-bath with double shower in one of the bathrooms. The other rooms have a walk-in robe/dressing area.
Level 2 has enough seating for 12 people either indoors or outdoors and there is a five burner BBQ on the deck. Bi-fold doors and windows open up to make a large free-flowing space, taking in the view in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Louvre windows at the rear of the house catch cool breezes on levels 2 and 3.
